Essensor at Eurosense 2024 in Dublin

From September 8th to 11th, our colleagues Wim, Alard, and Akshay will be representing Essensor at Eurosense2024. Eurosense is an international event that brings together both academic and industrial researchers from across the globe, focusing on advancements in sensory and consumer science. This event presents Essensor with a unique opportunity to showcase our innovative sensory methodologies, making it an ideal platform for sharing our knowledge.

Eurosense is a biennial event that holds participants from different sectors, for instance the food and beverage industry, cosmetics and other consumer goods. The event covers a wide range such as: Sensory Analysis: how consumers perceive and experience products through the senses, Consumer Science: understanding consumers preferences, behaviors, and trends, Innovation in Sensory Methods: New techniques and tools for sensory testing and research and Multisensory Research: exploring how different sensory inputs influence consumer decision-making.

Eurosense is an important event for Essensor because it provides the opportunity to discuss and share the latest research and knowledge, expand our network and engaging in new cooperations. The theme of Eurosense is ‘A Sense Of Global Culture’. The globalization of the world will shape the future of the Sensory and Consumer science. Companies all over the world come together at Eurosense that is held at Dublin this year.

Akshay Soeklhal has conducted research on ‘building on the ideal profile method to create forward looking benchmarks’.
