Essensor again ISO 20252 certified

 

 

In January 2020, Essensor was audited by the KCC (https://www.toetsingsbureau-kcc.nl/)  against the latest ISO quality standard 20252:2019. After the acquisition of OP&P Product Research by Essensor in 2018, a lot of work has been done to make both companies one working entity. We have been working hard for months on the challenge of setting up all processes in a joint manner and then implementing them. Thanks to the efforts of all those involved, we succeeded in obtaining certification for the ‘new’ Essensor. A separate certificate was no longer issued for the management of the Access Panel (was ISO 26362). This part is now also included in the ISO 20252:2019 certificate, which we now proudly hang on the wall at our locations in Utrecht and Ede!
