Gouda Cheese Awards at the Kaasmarkt in Gouda

On June 15, the Gouda Cheese Awards were presented at the Kaasmarkt in Gouda by TV chef and cookbook writer Ramon Beuk.

Noord-Hollandse Gouda Planet Proof from Zijerveld (Gouda 48+ extra belegen) and Lutjewinkel Roem from Makro Nederland (Gouda 48+ overjarig) ran off with the prizes. Sensory- and consumer research took place earlier this month at Essensor in Wageningen and was expertly supervised at the Kaasmarkt by our colleagues Mirjam van Mourik and Joleen Boland.
