Sensory Symposium MOA on 25 November

Every 3 years the MOA Expert Group Sensory Research organizes a Sensory Symposium. In 2021 the Sensory Symposium will take place on Thursday 25 November in the Food Innovation Academy (FIA) in Vlaardingen. A unique meeting point for the sensory and consumer research community. The FIA  is also the place where Essensor will soon open its third Research Center in the Netherlands.

During this day you can network and hear the latest developments in sensory and consumer research from leading speakers from the field from home and abroad. The theme of this year’s symposium is ‘A Taste of Change’, highlighting all the changes in Sensory and Consumer Research that we are facing in business today and how it will develop in the future. The day will be chaired by Prof. Hans van Trijp (WUR) who will give a brief overview of the 5 pillars for the future: Environment/Covid-19, Big data, New Methods, Texture & Oral Processing, Sustainability.
